About Me
- Bones for Life Rehab
- Since 2001 I have worked closely with Ruthy Alon, internationally recognized Educator/Trainer of the Feldenkrais Method, author and creator of the Bones for Life® program. I am also a founding board member of the the Foundation for Movement Intelligence where I serve as VP and acting treasurer. I am a certified Bones for Life Trainer and Feldenkrais practitioner. I currently travel and teach "immersion style" programs to the public and for teacher certification. The intention of this blog is to share the brilliance of the Bones for Life® program as an efficient bed-rest protocol for orthopedic rehabilitation.
